Bhendi Besara (Odia: ଭେଣ୍ଡି ବେସର) is one delicious and yummy item to which almost everybody loves to have in lunch. Here is the simple and easy preparation process. By the way, this Bindi Besara is also could be called as Okra Masala.
Masala for Bhendi Besara:
- 1 spoon of mustard powder
- 6-7 soaked Kaju
- 2 Green chilli
Take all these ingredients and make it a smooth Paste/slurry. You can use mixer grinder or Sila-Silapua for this process.
Preparation:
- Clean a few small size Bhindi (okra).
- Remove head fry in a pan till it is 70%.
- Add the mustard masala and cook till water evaporates.
