Alu and Bhindi are two staple vegetables in Odia cuisine, and they are re used in a wide range of recipes. Here is the recipe of Aloo Bhindi with Crushed Peanuts.

You have to try this recipe to get the amazing taste of crushed peanuts with this spicy Okra, potato fry. The recipe is very very simple; with very few ingredients, it can be made in no time!
Alu Bhindi Recipe:
- In 2 Tbsp. hot mustard oil, add dry red chilly followed by 1/2 cup chopped onion.
- Now add 1 chopped potato (med size).
- Once the potatoes are half cooked, add the chopped okra and fry for a while.
- Add turmeric powder, salt and chilly powder with coriander powder.
- Cover and cook for a while.
- Uncover and mix well. Add dry roasted hand ponder crushed peanuts just before taking it out of flame.
- Garnish with cilantro! Enjoy with roti or rice.
