Kancha Amba Chhecha (କଞ୍ଚା ଆମ୍ବ ଛେଚା) – Raw Mango Chutney

Kancha Amba Chhecha (Odia: କଞ୍ଚା ଆମ୍ବ ଛେଚା) is the easiest Mango Chutney to prepare and almost everybody would love this to have with their food.

Summer is the season of mangos and from April-May, the raw mangos use to fall down from the trees. The best and easy way to use those mangoes is to prepare Amba Chhecha. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients for Amba Chhecha:

  1. Raw Mango – 1
  2. Garlic – 6 clove
  3. Onion – 1
  4. Green Chili – as per your need
  5. Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
  6. Salt to taste
Raw Mango Pieces for Amba Chutney

Preparation of Amba Chhecha:

  1. Peel and remove the mango seed from the raw mango.
  2. Wash and chop the mango into tiny pieces.
  3. Garlic and onion should be washed and peeled.
  4. To grind, combine mango chunks, garlic, green chile, onion, cumin powder, and salt in a mixer jar.
  5. The Kancha Amba Chhecha is ready to eat.
