Dahi Gupchup is a popular street food in India. It is a dish made of small fried balls of dough, commonly known as "gupchup" or "pani puri", which are filled with a mixture of spicy and tangy mashed potatoes and then soaked in a creamy and flavorful yogurt sauce.
